Identity Project

This branding project was our longest project of the semester. We had to construct a comprehensive brand identity for a pet service business. I decided to go with Pointy's Porcupuncture, an acupuncture business that utilizes porcupine needles for their treatments. The color palette reflects traditional health and wellness branding. I used Pointy's spines as a repeating motif throughout the identity. The logos work in black & white and color, in a light or dark version depending on the intended use.
A large part of this project was website and mobile site design. These are mockups of the sites. See the full versions here: Web and Mobile. For the websites I elected to use transparent menus to aid in navigation while allowing the colors to shine through in a manner that feels lightweight. The web version has a menu at the top of the page, while the mobile version utilizes a hamburger button to pop out a sidebar menu. The "Porcupuncture" link in the menus is functional, as well as the "Read the Testimonials" button. Clicking on any instance of the logo will bring you back to the home screen.
These are embeds of the sites. They are fully interactive.
